Reservations: The rooms are considered booked at the reception of the deposit by bank transfer to account:

or receipt of our form to pay by credit card, duly completed, signed and sent by fax.

On arrival: The room is at your disposal from 14.00 p.m. Please call us if you arrive later than 18:00 p.m.

Check-out: On the day of departure, please leave your room before 10.30 a.m., so it can be cleaned for the new guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Fees and surcharges for annulment: The advance payment is valid as a cancellation fee that will be refunded in case of illness, by presenting a medical certificate. In case of late arrival or early departure will be charged 80% of the price for the period booked.

Non-smoking rooms: All rooms are non smoking, as provided by Italian law. The area reserved for smokers is located in the garden.

Pets: Pets are Welcome... by prior arrangement.
Please bring the blanket or the basket of your "four-legged friend"; we recommend not to leave your pets alone in the room (allowed only during breakfast); pets are not allowed to the breakfast room and in the wellness area.
Price per day (except food):
small pets 4,00 €
large pets 8,00 €
Any possible damage will be charged separately.

Means of payment: The account can be paid in cash or by credit card (Carta Si, VISA, Mastercard, Postepay).

Loyalty is rewarded: Those who have stayed at our B&B for 5 consecutive years will receive a 1 Stay-Day free voucher for the period February-June and September-November.

Birthday: Who will have the opportunity to spend his birthday in our B&B will receive a pleasant surprise.
